Following the process, we will delete your personal data within 12 months of the completion of the process for this particular job position, unless we have informed you that we need it for other purposes and you have given us your explicit permission to do so. The following personal data may be processed for the employment application process:
    • Any personal data you provide through our employment application form or any other means, including, but not limited to: full name, email address, phone number, photo, cover letter, resume, LinkedIn profile, and the job you have applied for.
    • Status, notes, and planning related to your employment application.

      Under the GDPR, we are obligated to inform you that the retention of personal data in your job application may put you at a disadvantage compared to other candidates applying for the same position.
