IVB Group is a company specialized in driving the expansion of global footwear, outdoor, performance and lifestyle brands across the Caribbean market. We manage commercial operations, logistics and retail activation in an integrated way for international brands seeking territorial presence, real sell-through and a clear understanding of the regional market.

We have an established distribution network and consolidated commercial relationships with retailers across the region, supported by an operational structure that allows brands to accelerate market entry, product availability and point-of-sale execution. Our approach combines market knowledge, logistics capabilities, commercial management and brand support to build presence in a structured and sustainable way.

We work with export managers, regional expansion leaders and brand owners who need to develop the Caribbean market without building a local operation from scratch, relying instead on a partner that understands retail dynamics, the outdoor category and the commercial requirements of each territory.

Position Description
As a Lead Generator, your mission will be to identify, qualify and nurture commercial opportunities for the brands we represent in the Caribbean. On a day-to-day basis, you will research the market, identify potential B2B clients such as retailers, distributors and commercial partners, conduct initial outreach through digital and phone channels, and coordinate meetings for the commercial team.

You will manage and update information in our CRM, proactively follow up with leads, and prepare simple reports on pipeline, progress and results. You will also work closely with the sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams to align messaging, identify new opportunities, and strengthen brand presence across points of sale and digital channels.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience in lead generation, commercial prospecting or inside sales, preferably in B2B, retail, distribution or international brand environments.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to contact potential clients by phone, email and professional networks.

• Basic analytical skills to research markets, segment client portfolios and prioritize opportunities based on commercial potential.

• Proficiency with digital work tools, including CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar, spreadsheets, presentations and video call platforms.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and basic data analysis.

• Advanced English level, both spoken and written, required for interaction with international teams, brands and clients.

• Knowledge of and interest in the footwear, outdoor, performance or lifestyle sectors, as well as retail and distribution dynamics in international markets.

• Ability to work in an organized, goal-oriented manner, with rigorous follow-up on activities and results.

• Proactive attitude, commercial judgment, ability to work in multicultural teams and willingness to learn structured commercial processes.
